What becomes possible

For Adults

Reconnecting with your body as a resource

Individual somatic coaching helps adults develop a more regulated nervous system, clearer boundaries, and a steadier relationship with themselves and others.

The body keeps the score, but it can also become a source of safety and wisdom.

Our Approach

Trauma-Informed Care

We practice a trauma-informed approach that prioritizes safety, trust, and empowerment in every interaction.

Trauma-informed care is not a specific therapy. It is a way of working that recognizes how common trauma is, notices its signs, and intentionally shapes environments and relationships so people are less likely to be re-traumatized.

1. Safety

Physical and emotional safety come first — for clients and for practitioners. We create spaces and interactions that feel steady and respectful.

2. Trustworthiness & Transparency

We are clear about what to expect, keep consistent boundaries, and make decisions in ways that build and protect trust.

3. Peer Support

Lived experience is valued. Mutual support and shared understanding help foster hope and connection.

4. Collaboration & Mutuality

We partner with people rather than doing to them. Power differences are noticed and leveled whenever possible.

5. Empowerment, Voice & Choice

People’s strengths, preferences, and choices matter. We support agency and the right to set the pace.

6. Cultural, Historical & Gender Issues

We recognize that trauma can be individual, intergenerational, and systemic. Cultural humility guides our work.
